FED:Villawood riot 'unacceptable': Swan

Acting Prime Minister WAYNE SWAN says riots at Sydney's Villawood Detention Centre
are unacceptable and could have a dramatic impact on the asylum claims of those involved.

Detainees have torched a number of buildings inside the centre during wild protests.

The acting prime minister has declined to detail the damage .. but says Immigration
Minister CHRIS BOWEN will have more information later today.
