Domino's Pizza Names Patti Wilmot Executive Vice President, People First.

Domino's Pizza today announced the selection of Patricia A. "Patti" Wilmot as Executive Vice President, People First for the recognized world leader in pizza delivery. Her appointment is effective July 10, 2000. She will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Brandon, and oversee the company's Human Resources area, renamed by Brandon as People First.

Ms. Wilmot joins Domino's Pizza with more than 19 years experience in human resources management. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for Brach & Brock Confections. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Human Resources & Strategic Planning, for ACX Technologies.

Ms. Wilmot spent the majority of her career with Grand Metropolitan, holding vice president positions in human resources at The Haagen-Dazs Company and Alpo Petfoods, Inc.

At The Haagen-Dazs Company, Ms. Wilmot directed worldwide HR activities for North & South America, Canada, Europe and Far East business units, 100 independent distributors and 2,400 employees. While there, she reduced turnover by 35% in the marketing/sales functions, resulting in $5 million in savings for the company. She also initiated worldwide HR forecasting/employee assessment audits used to identify skill depth, succession, training and development needs.

Ms. Wilmot holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Hamilton University. She and her husband Keith will be relocating to Ann Arbor from Chattanooga, Tenn.
